Rehabilitation of the Waikiki Condominium Project ($28 million) 1993

Location: Tanjong Aru, Kota Kinabalu

Involved in consultancy services to ATS Civil and Structural Engineering firm. Duties included providing technical advice on site problems and rehabilitation repair works to the existing structure and new structure design under P.C. items such as swimming pool, playground and tennis courts.

Menara Jubili Cum Car Parks ($8 million) 1992

Location: Kota Kinabalu City Center

Responsible in project management for Lion Engineering and Construction in Construction stage. Duties included:-

Monitoring & Coordinating works between various contractors and nominated sub-contractors on site.
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
Submitting interim claims for works done.
Liaising with local authorities for inspection and occupation certificate application.

Construction and completion of a New Outpatient Department at the District Hospital Tawau, Sabah, Malaysia ($17 million)

Location: Tawau, Sabah

Responsible in post contract implementation for the contractor Syarikat Surati Development awarded by the Federal Government as part of the expansion to the existing outpatient ward. Duties included providing technical advice on site problems , liaising with the consultant on site, attending monthly progress meeting , preparing monthly report and work programme based on Bills of quantities.
