Structural appraisal and design check as to whether an additional floor is viable.

Repair & Rehabilitation to Existing Bank Pertanian Kota Kinabalu Branch Building & Adjacent 4-storey Building (Lot 2 & 3), Jalan Gaya, Kota Kinabalu

Responsible for the initial Structural appraisal report of the said building and at a later stage, coordinated the repair and rehabilitation of the said building.

Cadangan Ubahsuai dan Tambahan Bangunan Mahkamah Tinggi Lama, Kota Kinabalu

Government-appointed civil and structural engineer for the renovation and additional building works to the Kota Kinabalu High Court. Also, prepared the Structural Repair Assessment and Report as well as supervised the structural repair works to existing building.

Study on Existing Telekom Telecommunications tower at various locations in Sabah & W.P. Labuan

Carry out engineering analysis of the tower superstructure to support new proposed microwave disc(s) based on as built measurements and make necessary recommendations.
