Civil & Structural Consulting Engineer for hypermall supermarket development with a total built-up area about 4.5acres located in Kolombong area. The strategic location provides convenient one-stop shopping with covered carparks facilities and features big supermarket area, food court, retail shops, cafes and spacious arcades.

Hotel resort development along Papar Beach front complete with swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground, jetty and sea-sport facilities. Estimated cost of project at $2 million due to complete by middle of 1998.

Involved as Civil & Structural Consulting Engineer for the RM1 billion hypermall project with a total retail built-up area of 1.5million sq. ft. in Kota Kinabalu. The cutting edge designs and features integrated Cineplex and bowling centre, private college and complete one stop shopping centre with Hypermall concept consisting of Hypermarket, auto city, electronic and IT items, Fashion houses (international and local brands), bridal gallery, specialty outlets, mega bookstores, music and magazine stores, fast food outlets, family restaurants, and many more. The project is complete with 4 Tower Blocks of Service Apartments, deluxe three-star Hotel Suites and office. The mega project upon completion will be a state flagship development and a strategic hub in terms of regional travel and economic trade.
